He is survived by: his wife Margaret Elizabeth Shouse; his son Richard Alan Shouse; his granddaughter Mya Xiomari Manso; his daughter-in-law Melanie Alysse (Sibert); his siblings, Lisa A. Vega and Richard Lee Shouse; his nieces, Avalon S. Vega and Valentina A. Vega; and his brother-in-law Saul Vega Jr..
