She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline and Leo; and her siblings, Billie and Grace. She is survived by: her daughter Teri; her grandchildren, Tabb, Mark, Teri and Steven; her sister Kathy (David); and her husband Ted. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

Her request was that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Fund in lieu of flowers.
