Carl H. Zinn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl H. Zinn of Clermont, Florida, who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Zinn and Henry Zinn; and his siblings, Edie Mae Zinn, Margery Stevens and Robert Zinn.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Zinn of Winter Garden, FL; his children, Carl Zinn III of Atlanta, GA, Kathleen Murphy of Billerica, MA and Christine Ripic of Ladera Ranch, CA.; and his grandchildren, Danielle Zinn, Carl Zinn IV, Amanda Ripic, Natalie Ripic, Ryan Ripic, Sean Murphy Erin Murphy, Mia Deblay and Luka Deblay.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hennessy Funeral Home (4 Gorham Pl, Trumbull, CT 06611). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 53 Middlebrooks Ave, TRUMBULL, CT 06611.
In lieu of flowers, Carl has requested that donations be made in his name to Shriners Hospital of Boston at Shriners Hospital of Boston PO Box 947765, Atlanta GA 30394 http://www.shrinerschildrens.org. The Alzheimer's Association.
