He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Walcott and Martha Walcott (Pilgrim); his parents, Lloyd E. Ashby and Hannah R. Ashby (Walcott); his wife Lois Astrid; his daughter Cecile Annette; and his sisters, Doris Ashby, Hazel Ashby and Lucille Ashby.
He is survived by: his son Lloyd D. Ashby (Frizzette); his granddaughter Katurah Ashby; and also, Joan Stuart, Catherine Stuart, Edward Stuart, Diane Clarke Streett and Nicolas Drayton.
