He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ernest Meyer and Emma Gene Arnold; and his son Carlos. He is survived by: his wife Mary Josephine Meyer (Gordon); his sons, David and Robert Davila; his siblings, George, Denny, Patrick Meyer and Janet Martyn; and his grandchildren, Robert Davila Jr., Daniel and Candice Broyles. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
