He was predeceased by: his parents, James George and Elsie Ruth Kephart Penny; and his siblings, James Penny and Betsy Schnarrs. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Elizabeth Myer (Jacob) of Ocala; his grandchildren, Caroline Emory Myer, Miles Jacob Myer and Leah Elizabeth Myer; his niece Patty Schnarrs Ice; and his nephews, Rob, Terry, Jay, Brian and Bill Schnarrs.
