He is survived by: his wife Nhieu; his children, Suong and Ngoc Phan (Van); his adoptive daughter Serena Patten; his grandchildren, Erica, Moran, Kevin, Brandon Phan, Robert Cottle and Michael Cheresko; and his siblings, Robert, Patricia and Dale.
