She is survived by: her sons, Tony Abrams (Susan), Rick Abrams, Allan Abrams (Ally) and David Abrams; her grandchildren, Justin Abrams, Grant Abrams, Chelsea Abrams and Alana Abrams; and her great grandchildren, Madison Abrams, Griffin Abrams, Reese Abrams and Lily Abrams.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (alzdfn.org), in Pat's memory.
