It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Thomas Malinka of Clearwater, Florida, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Diane Malinka and Francis Malinka; and his siblings, Patrick Malinka, Kathy Malinka and Thomas Malinka.

He is survived by: his wife Laurie Jean Malinka; his daughters, Sara Worner (Matt) and Megan Nicholls (Tom); his grandchildren, Maverick Worner and Sawyer Worner; and his siblings, Frank Malinka (Marilyn), Mary Ellen Britt (Andrew) and Robert Malinka (Sue). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
