She is survived by: her sons, Mike Lentz (Connie) and Keith Lentz (Eva); her grandsons, Aaron Eckhardt and Kevin Eckhardt (Mary); her great grandchildren, Henry and Emily; her nieces, Sharon and Kathy; and her nephew Ken.
