With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn R Ridlen of Clearwater, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Marilyn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon "Bud" Ridlen (Bud); her son Raymond Ridlen; and her parents, Kenneth Miller (Kenneth) and Louise Miller (Louise). She is survived by: her daughter Karen Potter; her son-in-law Jeff Potter; her granddaughter Heather Bybee; her cousin Ellen Johnsen; and her nephew Doug Wene.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park (2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759).
