She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome E. Jackson Sr. and Louise Jackson; her stepfather Douglas Gray; her grandparents, Homer Jackson, Queenie Young Wood (James), Edward Moten and Johnnie B. Faison; her sons, James Washington Jr. (Pro) and Kerry Washington; her siblings, Mae-Carol Thornton, Queenie Owens, Mary Moore, Alice Joyce Covington and Jerome Jackson Jr.; her uncle Bob Smith; her aunt Altamese Ellis; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Louis Bouknight, John Payne, Fronie Moore, Felton Boatwright and Preston Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Washington, Sean Washington (Linda) of Clearwater, Ronnie Moten of Cherry Hill, NJ., Gelida Faye Washington and Velma Lowe of Clearwater; and her siblings, Reginald Jackson (Francies), Larry Jackson of Clearwater, Wilfred Jackson Atlanta, Joyce Jackson-Boatwright, Odessa Green (Marvin), Margaret Payne and Rosemary Ferrell. She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.
