He is survived by: his wife Bernadete Mol Neves; his siblings, Carmozina Soares and Sebastião Neves; his daughters, Célia Maria Neves Barboza (José Luiz Barboza), Ceíse Mota Neves (Wagner), Anjos and Maria Denise Neves Borges (Lindemberg Borges); his grandchildren, Luana Mendes, Maria Alice Barboza, Luiz Felipe Barboza, Mateus (Anjos), Isabela (Anjos) and Pedro Borges; and his great grandchild Maria Eduarda Mendes.
