He is survived by: his wife Edith; his brothers, Frank Fulks (Beverly) of Scottown, OH and Dan Fulks (Rena) of Chesapeake, OH; his children, Ken Broman-Fulks (Suzette) of High Point, NC, Jennifer Clay (Al) of Sharpsburg, GA and Judy Hamler of Tallahassee; and his grandchildren, Joshua Broman-Fulks (Kelly), Corey Broman-Fulks (Jennifer), Jordan Broman-Fulks (Allie), Nathan Broman-Fulks (Kristi), Alicia Reeves (Chris), Becky Dunlap (Robby), Justin Hamler and Geoffrey Hamler (Marie). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
