He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Sylvester and Velma Houston Bush. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bush; his children, Houston Bush (Panchita), Anne Hanzelka (Tim) and Susan Bush-Bell (Brent); his grandchildren, Ava, Erika Hanzelka, Austin Bush and Piper Bell; his sister Mary Elizabeth Neville of Pensacola; and his cousins, Caroline, Fred Dunaway of Biloxi, Jerry Hilton of Valdosta and Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Ascension in Clearwater or the Humane Society of Pinellas Animal Shelter.
