He is survived by: his children, James Baker Jr. (Jennifer) of Naples, FL and Margaret Formica (Sam) of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Julia (Kaela), Matthew, Charlotte and Lauren; his sister Julie Santoro (Robert) of Delmar, NY; his former wife Rosemary Baker; and his close friend Cathy Teegardin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
