She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jackson and Etta Cotton Jackson; her husband Elbert E Hall (Ned); and her children, Pamela Schriver and Shelly Hall.

She is survived by: her children, Miguel (John Solvibile) and Stacy Slater; and her grandchildren, Carmen Gaetanos (late Mikae), Shannon Chesla (Danny), Tiffani Emanuel, Adam Thomas (Mary) and Aaron Thomas. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
