She is survived by: her husband Carmelo Ortiz; her children, Carmelo "Min" Ortiz, Daniel Ortiz, Nate Ortiz and Carmen Ortiz; her grandchildren, Kevin Ortiz, Nate Ortiz Jr., Ron South, Shane South, Stephanie Ortiz, Gloria Figueroa, Jasmine Velazquez, Vanessa Ortiz, Betzy Rodriguez, Mark Martinez, Kristian Ortiz, Jordan Ortiz, Roman Ortiz and Cesar Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Evelisa Lamour, Anelisa Lamour, Alexis Rodriguez, Gianni South, Noah Velazquez, Lyam McKinley, Xavier Jennings, Ella Velazquez, Antonio South and Gabriel Ortiz; her sisters, Carmen Collazo and Hilda Ortiz; and her pet Lolita Ortiz.
