She was predeceased by: her father John Brader. She is survived by: her mother Gertrude Owen Brader; and her children, David, Denise and Donna. She is also survived by five grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews as well as many honorary children and grandchildren who called her mom and Nana.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking to honor Dolly by donating to two local organizations that are about feeding those in need.
