She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nathan Mattes and Esther Mattes; her husband John Hal Engel; her siblings, Sidney and Verne Rubin; her sons, Jay Alan Weil (Rito) and Dennis Lee Weil (Lorise); her stepchildren, John Engel (Ellen) and Margie Wheat; her grandchildren, Arnie (Shayna), Zachary and Nathan Weil; and her stepgrandchildren, Kelly McGann, Michael, Charlie Jones, Patrick and Daniel Engel.
