“I worked with Dennis for several years in the Clearwater Police Department, in both the Patrol and Investigations Divisions. We also served together on the Executive Board of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #10. Although Dennis was lovingly referred to by his nickname of "Grumpy", he was actually pretty jovial most of the time and was fun to be around. I was saddened to hear of Dennis' passing, as I have not seen him in several years. To his family, I offer my most sincere condolences.”
