He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Fellows and Lucille Scheidecker Fellows; his wife Cheryl; and his siblings, Robert, Frank and Janet.

He is survived by: his partner Bobbie Dunn; his children, Beth (Mike), Barbe (Harvey) and David Jr. (Gloria); his stepson Scott; his grandchildren, Caryn and Kelley; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Micah, Alana and Lukas; and his brother Jeffery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
