He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lewis and Arlene Helen Hawkins (Christner). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Linda Pepping and Dennis Hawkins; his stepdaughter Christina Valenti (Joe); his grandchildren, Christina, Brittani and Jacob; his stepson Jerry Duffey; and his grandson Brandon.
