She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Noreiga and Anita Noreiga; her husband Ben Garcia; her son Daniel Ramirez; and her siblings, Teresa Noreiga, Josephine Romero, Felix Noreiga, Larry Noreiga, Conde Noreiga and Jerry Noreiga.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Ramirez and Marsha Thompson; and her sister Beatrice Rodriguez. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
