He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cheslock Sr. and Anna Mary Janoski; and his uncle Stanley (Naomi). He is survived by: his wife Alice Giffin; his children, Anthony III (Anna Fry), Chloe, Andrew (Tiffani DeFreitas) and Adam (Rachel); his grandchildren, James and Olivia; and his sister Shirley Ogle (David Ogle).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Polish American Engineers Association of Florida, an organization Tony felt strongly about.
