She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Murray and Inez Murray; her friend Joseph Badie Hanna; her son Barrington Joseph Hanna; her sister Veta Clare Murray; her children, Steven Hanna, Anjanette Mercer (Timothy Mercer) and Gregory Hanna (Shawna Hanna); her grandchildren, Jessica MacGregor (Cody), Joseph Mercer, Hunter Hanna and Chloe Roberts; and her siblings, Marlene Murray, Rosemarie Carby and Franklin Murray. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
