He is survived by: his wife Frances Palms (Zambito); his daughters, Kelly Quarles (Peter) of Sarasota, FL and Suzanne Palms of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Dr Ross Quarles (Michaella) of Miami, FL and Read Quarles of Sarasota, FL; his brother Dr. John Palms; and his cousin Henny Palms Albers (Theo).
