With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank E. Messin of Clearwater Beach, Florida, who passed away on October 5, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son-in-law John Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Rick, Barbara Kelly, Sheila Anderson (Kent), Roger (Jenifer) and Sandy Musha (Joe); and the mother of his children Norma. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
