She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lloyd Blackburn of Clarksville; her children, Mike Blackburn (Sheila) of Blountstown, Lisa Davis (Tony) of Clarksville and Shelly Seddon (Joseph) of Whittier; her siblings, William Fant of Altha, Dolly Mercer of Sneads, Thelma Fant of Marianna and Jennie Stricker of Altha; her grandchildren, Erin Blackburn, Leslie Miller, Albert Blackburn, Greg Blackburn, Lauren Johnson, Michael Blackburn, Marissa Barfield, Maegan Russell, Morgan Clark and Tommy Hall; and her daughter-in-law Amy Blackburn. She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
