He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tuel and Alice Frances Mercer Tuel; his son William Talmadge Tuel; his sister Tracy Riley; and his half-brother Bobby Joe Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Henry Tuel; his stepdaughter April Chatham of Citrus Springs, FL; his children, Willow Henry of Citrus Springs, FL and Jeremy Clark Tuel (Alyssa) of Satsuma, AL; his stepson John William (Ashley Cox) of Citrus Springs, FL; his siblings, Jennifer Stockton of Warsaw, KY, Angie Grimsley of Macon, GA, Nancy Canup of Macon, GA and James Tuel of Warsaw, KY; and his half-brother John Riley of Carrollton, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
