He is survived by: his wife Roxie Suthard; his children, Jason Suthard of Madisonville, KY, Bethany Suthard of Corpus Christi, TX and Austin Suthard of Bowling Green, KY.; his grandchildren, Jesse Suthard, Levi Suthard, Jaxon Flores and Phoenix Flores; his niece Amy Daugherty; and his nephew David Lamb.
