He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeno Decker and Evelyn Decker (Austin); his wife Norma; and his brothers, Max and Orville Decker.
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Lazaroff (Chris); his brother Wayne Decker (Shirley); and his granddaughters, Heather Norris and Jennifer Wells. He is also survived by his five great grandchildren.
