He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan E. Moxley and Jean Moxley; and his son-in-law Mikey (Jean). He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie and Denise (Jerry); his wife Jean D.; his children, Job Moxley (Nina), Michelle Moxley (David) and Jaimie Bishop (Robert); and his grandchildren, Tamra (Kyle), Austin (Katelynn), Jodie, Patience, Fayth, Kyleigh, Kainon and Katie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sister and brother in laws and many friends.
