She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge Spear and Dessie Spear. She is survived by: her husband John Floyd Howell; and her children, Todd Victory (Candy), Scott Victory and Vicki Lynn Victory. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with many family and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Countryside Funeral Home (9185 NE 21st Ave, Anthony, FL 32617).
