He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hilliard and Margaret Hilliard (Morris); his son Richard "Ricky" Hilliard; and his brother Roger Hilliard. He is survived by: his brother James Hilliard (Cathy); his children, Jennifer Heckman (Chuck Kinkhead) and William Smith (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Shelby Heckman, Roger Heckman, Kolten Smith and Kaden Smith. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews extended family members and numerous friends.
