She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Simmons and Margaret Simmons Hosman; her husband LeRoy Carlisle; her grandson Sammy White; her daughter Mary Campbell; and her siblings, Eileen Rain and David Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Strickland (Joe), Wanda Hamm (Carlton), Cindi Tumminello (Sam), Patricia Smelt (Francis) and Billy Carlisle; her grandchildren, Michele Johnsen (Eric), Melissa Muley (Robb), Marlon Bates (Melissa), Stephen White (Amanda), Tanya Ramos (Tony), Michael Bratcher (Christy), Clayton Reynolds, Shane Tumminello, Anthony Carlisle and Myles Carlisle; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Barrett, Mason, Maggie, Brantley, Reagan, Madisyn, Ava, Amya, Alex, Bryce, Carson, McKenzie and Noah.
Due to covid, there will be a private service for immediate family only at a later date.
