He was predeceased by: his parents, Tolbert Rowe and Daisy Brown Sharp (Henry); and his brothers, Joseph Brown and Edward Rowe. He is survived by: his close friend Bishop Ernest Mitchell. He is also survived by three sons, two daughters, two brothers, twenty grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
