It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Hall of Choctaw Beach, Florida, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ike Keen and Reunelle Keen; her sister Sara Stephens; and her son Mark Steven Hall. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Hall; her children, Mona Gayle Carter (Kim) of Jacksonville, Florida. and Matthew Wayne Hall (April) of Norman, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Morgan Renee Carter of Jacksonville, FL, Amy Katelyn Goforth of Butler, Pennsylvania, Blaine Stephen Hall of Colorado Springs, CO and Jackson Cole Bolin of Yukon, Oklahoma.
