He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walters and Lula Walters; and his siblings, Tommy Walters, Christine Harwell and Blanche Barlow.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Walters (Stephanie) of Chipley and Brian Walters (Melanie) of Niceville, Florida; and his grandchildren, Ansleigh Floyd (Daniel), Karleigh Walters (Wes Janiszewski), Brody Walters and Jackson Mullins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Obert Funeral Home Chapel (731 Kirkland Rd, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
