He is survived by: his wife Donna Futch; his children, William M Futch III (Kristi), Nichole Futch-Wilson (Tim) and Katie Futch-Utley (Brian); his granddaughters, Grace Futch, Autumn Futch and Brianna Utley; his brothers, David Futch (Bonnie) and Lee Futch (Gail); and his brother-in-law David Kent.
