She was predeceased by: her husband Murl Coggin; her siblings, Opal Grace, Elois and Wallace; and her parents, Glen Simmons and Ethel Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Murl Redus Coggin, Jr. and Lucy Carmichael; her son-in-law Wink Carmichael; and her grandchildren, Whitney, Ethan Carmichael, Tanith, Brayden Coggin and Oda Lucia.
Due to the recent surge in Covid cases, a graveside service will be held at the Glenwood Cemetery on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
In Lieu of flowers the family has asked to consider making donations to the local Food Pantry.
