She is survived by: her siblings, Cecil Haddock, Helton Haddock, Wilton Haddock, Elton Haddock, Ola Mae Haddock, Lena Pippin, Lucille Odom and Myrtle Guy Hodges; her children, Herbert Kenneth Dykes (Joan) and Teresa Dykes Fussell (Johnny); her grandchildren, Keith Shores (Jana), Karyn Shores Miles (Grant), Nina Wade Young (Greg), Monroe Wade, III, Josh Dykes (Beth), Carrie Dykes VanMetre (Keith), Richard Dykes, Clint Fussell and Kevin Fussell (Haley); her great grandchildren, Austin Miles, Mackenzie Miles, Krista Shores Moore (Cameron), Carson Shores, Brianna Topel, Audrey Anna Topel, Zachery Topel, Matthew Young (Nichole), Sarah Young, McKayla Young, Logan VanMetre, Maci VanMetre, Annabelle Dykes, Greyson Dykes, Maverick Dykes, Jaxson Fussell, Cal Fussell and Blayke Fussell; her great great grandchild Levi Young; her siblings, Carlton Haddock, Clifton Haddock, Donald Haddock (Joann), Preston Haddock (Judy), Luverne Bush and Joyce Summers; and her caregivers, Jeannette Staten, Connie Kowitz and Denise Pettis.
