He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Clark and Catherine Clark (McDonald); and his brothers, James Clark, Howard Clark and Wayne Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Clark (White) of Chipley, FL; his sons, Greg Clark of Chipley, FL and Michael Clark (Donna) of Bonifay, FL; his sister Evelyn McFarland of Chipley, FL; and his grandchildren, Cheyanna Clark, Coby Clark and Taylor Clark.
