It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sybil C. Pitts of Chipley, Florida, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Clark and Ruby Wilson Clark; her husband Wilton Royace Pitts; her great grandchild Teagan Ann Sullivan; and her siblings, Mary Lois Dunning and James Robert Clark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Pitts Adams (Phillip) and Joan Pitts Herig (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Bradley Adams, Andrew Herig, Jennifer Sullivan and Will Herig. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (1068 Main St, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Glenwood Cemetery.
