He was predeceased by: his parents, Shellie A. Foxworth and Eva Foxworth (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Jean Collins; his children, Shellie Douglas Foxworth and Rhonda Jean Foxworth Best; his siblings, Willie C. Foxworth and Annie Lee Foxworth; and his grandchildren, Chris Reeves, Levi Foxworth, Joshua Foxworth and Shelli Nicole Williams Thomas. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
