He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Newsome Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Holley; his wife Ruby Y. Newsome; and his sister Linda Rhodes. He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Newsome of Graceville, FL, Edward Dale Newsome of Graceville, FL, Tinnie Elizabeth Campos of Groveland, FL, Donna Marie Thompson (Quinton) of Webster, FL and Rhonda Lee Cook of Clermont, FL; and his sisters, Lizzie Mae Rathel of Chipley, FL, Wanda Jordan of Groveland, FL, Barbara Smith (Wayne) of Graceville and Christine Newsome of Alabama. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
