He is survived by: his wife Norma Miner of Chipley, Florida; his children, Phoebe Miner (David Phillips) of Chipley, Bill Miner (Cindi) of Chipley, Florida and Dan Miner (Pam) of Chipley, Florida; his grandchildren, Dani Miller (Travis), Candace Taylor (Kevin), Kayla Corbitt (Ray), Kristian Granberry, Kason Miner (Cadey), Kara Miner and Kyli Carter (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Wil Skipper, Ashtyn, Hailey, Anna Kate Miller, Carter, Channing Taylor, Landon, Lawson, Tinsley Corbitt, Mac Martin, Tanner Lunsford, Annastin, Laysen Miner and Colton Carter.
