She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne F. Wilkes Sr. and Willie Mae Wilkes Sr. (Parker). She is survived by: her husband Richard Alec Gilbert of Chipley, Florida; her children, Tanner Gilbert of Alford, Florida and Kacy Frimmel (Jimmy) of Tallahassee, Florida; her brother Wayne Wilkes Jr. (Pam) of Panama City, Florida; and her granddaughter Lily Frimmel.
