He is survived by: his father Burton Hayes Clark of Men's Shop; his son Robert F. Clark (Katie); his grandchildren, Crockett (Salina Clark) and Corrie Clark; his daughter-in-law Linda Clark; his grandchildren-in-law, Michelle Clark, Michel H. Clark, III and Cody Clark; his son Joel W. Clark (Sherry); his grandchildren, Brandy Baxter, Jeremy Baxter, Joel Clark Jr. (Meghan) and Lindsay Waits (Mike); and his children, Lisa Bushman (William McCarty), Jerod Bushman (Michelle) and Gina Renee Clark.
Mike continued to donate to St. Jude Children's hospital for many years, in lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
