She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Haddan and Quillie L. Haddan; her husband Don L. Galloway of Vernon, FL; her brother Robert Haddan Sr.; her son-in-law Eric Godfrey; and her stepson Stann Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Harvey L. Hayes Jr. (Tammie) and Melonae Hayes Godfrey; her sister Grace Paulling (John); her stepson Brent Galloway (Yaya); and also Kelly. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Florida Baptist Children's Home (where Mary Lou spent several years of her childhood), First Baptist Church of Chipley, or Chipley High School Athletic Department.
